Have sex to play better: Kirsten suggests Team India


Team India has been performing consistently well and has given us some great thrilling moments. Now, back to No. 1 spot in the ICC ODI ranking, Team India is all geared up to excel and bring home the Champions Trophy.

And Indian cricket coach Gary Kirsten and mental conditioning expert Paddy Upton seem to have some success mantra besides hard work and practice.

“Having sex increases testosterone levels, which causes an increase in strength, aggression and competitiveness. Conversely, not having sex for a few months causes a significant drop,” said Gary Kirsten.
