MJ redefines dance in the 80’s. He spent many hours in front of the mirror, studying, rehearsing and perfecting his technique. He mastered several dance forms including mime, tap, jazz, popping and ballroom. The Robot and Moonwalk were signature moves that came to be associated with the inimitable MJ style.

Michael Jackson and Elizabeth Taylor met in the 1980’s and became close friends, despite the 27-year age difference. They remained close through the years, and she was deeply affected by his death. Elizabeth Taylor died earlier this year.

Another enduring friendship, MJ and child star Macaulay Culkin. During the trial on child molestation charges, Culkin stood by Jackson, labeling all allegations as "absolutely ridiculous."
